Job Description

Receives purchased products

Prepares report of quantities of purchased goods received from purchaser and complete daily counts to verify the accuracy

Maintains an accurate inventory of purchased goods

Stocks finished goods in assigned locations while adjusting locations as needed

Organizes the finished goods in the store according to the proper storage conditions of each.

Secures all the purchased goods in the store

Assures the security of the store

Facilitate in loading and unloading trucks for prompt delivery and to assure proper amount and requested items are loaded

Interfaces with others to resolve daily problems

Keep warehouse neat, orderly, and organized

Maintain the stores area in a neat and orderly manner

Fill supply requisitions / prepare stock card

Report, document, track, justify and resolve discrepancies regarding deliveries

Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

A minimum of Diploma in Material or supply Management, Accounting,

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skill and Ability:

Learn and apply proper methods and practices used in ordering, receiving, shipping, and storing a verity of materials, supplies, tools and equipment; learn to distinguish and identify specific types of materials, supplies, and equipment.

Computer Skills:

Computer literate
