Job Description

Undertakes to document the international privacy standard as periodically effected by the World Anti-Doping Agency; and thereby presents the same towards the directorate in collaboration with the Senior Results Management Expert for its implementation;

Undertakes to integrate the respective entities so as to cooperate them in efforts of the anti-doping rule violation incompliance supervision works;

Undertakes to maintain confidentiality of the doping testing results;

Undertakes to pursue the next consecutive measures collaborating with the coordinator in an event of discovery of an enhancement substance in samples of athletes based on laboratory testing;

Undertakes to coordinate various endeavors conducted in supervision, testing and such activities regarding various anti-doping rule violations in compliances

Undertakes to maintain the confidentiality in organization of various information; and thereby presents reports to the concerned entity;

Undertakes to publicize resolutions from the hierarchical justice entities and from test results management in collaboration with the he senior result management expert;

Undertakes to the sanction that, should here be any grievance

against the measures taken to that end, to submit these towards the directorate upon verification and gathering of additional information;

Undertakes to monitor that the result management information are conducted in accordance with the Anti-Doping Administration and Management System of the organization;

Undertakes to provide periodic performance reports;

Handle all other activities assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

A minimum of BA Degree in law

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
