Job Description

Client Management

Being the point of contact for Clients in posting and building and maintaining a long-term relationship with clients of ethiojobs
Support existing clients on issues regarding posting, package and access to the website.

Ensuring Clients posting service have been posted on time and ensure the quality of the vacancy

Ensuring the sustainability of the existing client are satisfied by the service provided by ethiojobs.

Monitoring and Tracking the usage of the product and updating the database and Client on the package

Interact and coordinate with ethiojobs service team and other IMS staff members and departments to get full information about the client.

Bolstering the existing clients on enhancing their usage of ethiojobs package.
Managing and solving problems occurring with clients.

Developing and implementing strategies forwarded by Service Manager and Team Lead
Researching for new clients and following up the progress until they select package.

Creating plan for bringing in new customer and schedule appointment and meeting.

Creating relationship with clients based on trust and respect.

Assessing and profiling Existing client

and tailoring the service according to their requirements.

With the collaboration of the service manager and team lead design sales plan

Analyze and track sales data of the assigned Client and provided a report to Team Lead and Service Manager

Researching for new market for ethiojobs service and strategizing with the Team Lead in penetrating the market.

Recording the Client information and keeping post the ethiojobs service

Following Payment

Coordinating and facilitating the payment of the service with the Finance team.

Creating a smooth communication with ethiojobs service team, Finance and HR service delivery.

Team Collaboration

Assisting the Management Trainee and Account executive.

Job Requirements

BA in Marketing, Management and other relevant filed

At least 1-2 years of experience of working as Account Manager, Marketing and related position.

Experience working in Business to Business, Perfareable

Experience managing Numerous amounts of client

Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends

Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
