The Office Admin will work with minimal supervision to ensure a smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs as well as serve as the focal person for internal and external users
  • Organize the office layout, operations and procedures
  • Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Responsible for bringing new clients for the new office spaces
  • Initiating, coordinating and organizing events that foster new and existing client engagement
  • Making sure meeting rooms are arranged, with all the necessary amenities, for external clients and internal clients
  • Provide general support to visitors, new office space clients
  • Assist in the on boarding process for new office space clients
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including IT, cleaning, catering and security services
  • Ensure company property and equipment’s are properly handled

    Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in business fields
  • At least 2 years relevant experience in business fields with one year on sales or event coordination activities
  • Excellent on speaking and writing in English
  • The ability to communicate, negotiate and convince
