Thus, we are looking for an experienced HR officer and Employee Engagement Coordinator to develop and implement wide engagement strategy.
The HR officer and Employee engagement coordinator will work directly with the management team to increase employee’s motivation, tracking employee engagement progress as well design different tools or engagement methods to enhance our people performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive & sustainable employee engagement strategy (for both internal and external employees)
Work with all departments and stakeholder on employee engagement and internal communication
Design & conduct an employee engagement survey & follow-up on action plan execution
Create an effective communication plan and provide feedback on engagement survey result to the management team and employees
Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around employee engagement
Identify and address issues and solutions related to employee engagement
Help department managers to determine links between engagement and outcomes such as; labor turnover, grievances, counseling etc...
Manage the general Employee Engagement Survey and other projects which enable senior leaders to keep in touch with employee views and ideas, and to evaluate the success of the organization internal communication practices.
Develop and deliver a program of employee events/Trainings or team work activities that help drive internal engagement and annual celebration.
Develop different HR Manuals, company polices as well as benefit packages
Develop a proper induction tools for employees that can be carried out from time to time. Work closely with each department head on enhancing their performance of their team
Reviews complaints or grievances; with management, performs fact-finding and advises management on the preparation of disciplinary and adverse action, grievance, and appeal letters.
Communication
Create a comprehensive internal communication strategy to cascade down vision, mission, purpose, values and strategy
Build Internal communications capacity, develop and implement best
practice standards for internal communication practice across the company to foster a positive company culture.
Crate a yearly internal communication and employees events plan
Work closely with the IT/web team to evaluate communication and collaboration technologies and ensure chosen solutions help deliver the internal communication strategy.
Work closely with other communication teams to ensure that messages communicated internally are consistent and coordinated with external messages.
Enable corporate thinking and the communication of coherent joined up messages by developing a strong understanding of key company issues, and linkages between departments.
Manage the development and delivery of creative and influential communication campaigns to help engage employees with programs of companies change, projects, initiatives and events.
Job Requirements
Required Education & Experience
BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Management, Business Management, Public Administration or equivalent
At least 2 years relevant experience in employee engagement and HR at least with some managerial role
Excellent on speaking and writing in English
Experience in implementing diverse and high impact HR initiatives to support organizational objectives
High level understanding of the county labor legislation
