Job Summary

The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department.
This position requires a highly professional individual who is capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

Employee Relations:

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Assist in the processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits.

Compliance and Record-Keeping:

Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Training and Development:

Coordinate training sessions and seminars to enhance employee skills.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance review process and maintain records.

Administrative Duties:

Manage HR-related documentation and handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR administration.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important

projects.

Proficiency in HR software.

Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Relevant HR certifications.
