Description

Improving partner management experience, create engaged partnerships and facilitate organic growth. Taking ownership of customers issues and following problems through to resolution. Setting a clear mission and deploying strategies focused towards that mission.

Responsibilities

Ensure provision of quality service to the IMT partners.

Receive partner requests and attend to complaints and ensure prompt feedback is given and action taken.

Ensure optimal performance of the IMT support function.

Liase with the IT department to address system downtime issues within the specified Service Level agreement

Maintain constant communication of partner needs, wants and concerns.

Uphold quality control by advising partners on strategies to decrease errors for future effectiveness.

Ensure risk and compliance issues are identified, assessed, monitored, controlled and reported.

Generate sales leads.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Other duties as required

Qualifications and Education Requirements

A business-related Degree from a recognized University.

2- 3 years Working Experience in Operations.

Excellent written communication skills.

Ability to execute and work around priorities.
