Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing HR support in the administration of the HR programs in the Clinics including recruitment and onboarding, talent management & development, compensation & benefits administration, health and safety, employee relations and engagement and separation management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Social Sciences, Business Administration or any other business-related field

Postgraduate programme in Human Resources Management.

Registered and have a valid practicing license with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resource management.
