Enko Education is currently seeking candidates for the following position:

Enko Education wants to recruit a new IT Manager. We are looking for a technology evangelist who will support the needs of our rapidly scaling organisation defining our IT architecture, strategy and processes.

The IT Manager will be the playmaker creating, implementing, and maintaining our information systems while supporting the hardware needs of our rapidly expanding school group. The role of the IT Manager is to transform our IT landscape to become a key enabler of our strategy, specifically:

• Audit: Assess uses and effectiveness of current systems, identify met & unmet, needs, pinpoint bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, manual processes & custom development needs, assess user support & training needs.

• Design: Design our systems and data architecture allowing data to flow smoothly across the organisation, design a roadmap for system improvement, define a strategy for hardware procurement.

• Implementation: Build and execute an implementation plan:

• Select right tools, material, service providers working closely with domain & school leaders:
selection process & contract negotiations;

• Roll-out transition/migration/integration projects;

• Procure

standard laptops and standard school internet network material;

• Set-up a scalable helpdesk system to troubleshoot hardware and software issues;

• Monitor: Monitor existing contracts and service agreements, develop key IT policies & handbooks, design IT dashboard. Ensure that IT employees deliver to the best of their abilities

• Support: Define and implement a group wide support model (hardware/software) and drive implementation of group ITSM alongside the IT Operations manager.

The ideal candidate has:

• A General Master degree from a Business School or Engineering school or equivalent.

• A PMP, Agile, Prince2 certification or equivalent.

• Extensive knowledge of IT, data and digital culture.

• Excellent working proficiency in both English and French.

• Autonomy and pro-activity.
