Key Responsibilities

The Job duties include but are not limited to:

Managing records and receipts

Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions

Processing invoices

Managing the office petty cash system

Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams

Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required.

Qualifications / Competencies

1-3 years' hands-on experience in finance operations and book-keeping

BSc/HND in Accounting, Banking & Finance or relevant discipline

Comfortable using online accounting tools, eg Xero, Quickbooks, etc

You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
