The Main Purpose of the Job:
  • The incumbent will be responsible for all supervision duties. To be responsible for a profitable and professional cleaning service in a specific site by way of maintaining service levels by controlling stock, labour and equipment and to ensure client satisfaction/business retention whilst upholding the company policies and procedures.

    Education and Experience required:
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Computer Literate
  • 3 years of Supervisory experience

    Knowledge Skills and Competencies required:
  • Excellent organizational, numeric and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively whilst working in a stressful environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Well-groomed and professional
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to develop rosters and schedules for effective service output

    Key Areas of Responsibilities:
  • Supervising of Cleaning team
  • Liaise with clients in a professional manner.
  • Stock Control - Issuing of stock to cleaners & assisting with monthly stores orders.
  • Maintenance of equipment (Vacuums, Single disk machines etc.) Checklist list, Inspections and ensuring the equipment is taken care of by your team.
  • Verifying timesheets for Cleaning and ensure all HR documents are submitted. Assistance with Payroll & Pay queries.
  • Effective management of absenteeism
  • Implementation of IR policy and procedures
  • Adherence of Site policies and procedures
  • COID Act
  • Checklist and Inspections
  • Temp Employees Management - Manage additional staff for Adhoc jobs
