Emergency Student Funds in UK

I have two unconditional offers; one, a MA in Public Relations from Bournemouth University in the UK and the other, MA Public Communication and Public Relations from the University of Westminster in the UK.

I tried obtaining funding from Westminster's internal scholarship scheme but I was not successfull.

Bournemouth on the other hand only gives a tuition fee waiver of 1,000 pounds.

Both courses start next month, how can I obtain funding?
