Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervision of various registries.
Planning appropriate office accommodation for registries.
Preparation and submission of budget estimates for the registries.
Initiating appraisal and disposal of files, documents, and other records in registries.
Supervision, guidance and development of staff working under him/her.
Requirement for Appointment
Degree in Records Management, Information Management and Information Science.
Attended a Management Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution
Must have an experience of at least three (3) years in a comparable and relevant position in the public service.
Demonstrated professional competence and administrative ability in handling records management work.
