The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Nairobi seeks a suitable qualified Kenyan staff in the office of political, consular & international organization affairs. Detailed information is as below:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Drafting of relevant note verbals, letters, reports and other official documents for the Embassy
Facilitating communication between the Embassy and government ministries, other international organizations
Researching and acquiring information requested by diplomats s in regard to political, economic, social, cultural, environmental key issues and preparing reports for the same
Writing, editing and summarizing speeches for diplomats
Consular works in helping Korean nationals as may be required by the consul of the Embassy
Any other additional administrative work as may be required by the Embassy
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in social science / law / humanities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and problem solving skills - Demonstrate sound work ethics
Minimum of 3 years continuous working experience in any reputable institution preferably government organization, other diplomatic mission or international organizations
Be computer fully literate (incl. MS word Typing Excel)
Medically fit to work in the Embassy

Deadline for the submission is Wednesday. 30th January 2018. by 17:00pm (Embassy Reception will open Born to 5pm. Monday to Friday)
Kindly also note that it you are found to be medically not fit to work in Korean Embassy or any documents are found to be false, or there is any reason that Korean government can refuse, the employment can be cancelled even after the notification being successful in t he final interview
