Job Purpose

  • Checks materials and supplies and reports when stock is low.

  • Receives and unpacks materials and supplies.

  • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement and record-keeping purposes.

    Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reviewing receipt bills by suppliers and ensuring their compliance with previously issued purchase orders from the Planning Department in terms of specifications & Quantities before receiving them in stock.


  • Review the additions and exchange rates and record them on the data entry program.

  • Review exchange requests with quantities in the store before exchange.

  • Responsible for housing the raw materials in the warehouse in the designated areas.

  • Regular supervision of cleanliness and organization in the store and follow-up of the history of the authorities of the materials

  • Review items that reach the limit of demand and notify the inventory controller and the planning department.

  • Inventory on Items.

  • Annual and half-yearly inventory.

    Job Requirements

    Education

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or equivalent

    Years of Experience

  • At least two years relevant work experience

    Computer skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office

    Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management

  • Physical ability to frequently lift and carry materials

  • Familiar with accounting principles, inventory systems, and storekeeping methods and procedures.
