Job Purpose

Adjust and finalize the stacking process & ensure that the design is arranged .

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Adjustment of the level of Core Stacking.

Insulation of the Core vertically and horizontally as per design.

Ensure the distance is measured from the beginning of first limb side of the silicon steel lamination to the beginning of middle limb equal to the distance from the end of first limb side of the silicon steel lamination to the end of middle limb.

Stack the core steps one by one gradually from the smallest to the largest and take into account the distance between the middle limb and the side limb of the iron core by the wooden axe according to the design.

Check Point process where iron core is transferred to the primary assembly stage

Job Requirements

Education

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant field

Experience

At least four years relevant work experience
