Job Purpose

Handle tasks that are related to inventory in a warehouse setting for an organization.

Role includes maintaining inventory levels, making monthly inventory reports, recording and labeling inventory items to be used in the future and maintaining accurate records.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Review released issue requests from Production Management prior to disbursement from The warehouses to cash out the item for its purpose and in quantity Available by work orders.

Review the data recorded on the software for recording additions and disburses for each store.

Monitor the order limit for items specified by the Planning Department, and report items up to the order limit to the Planning Department.

Follow up on changes in the balances of the leading raw materials.

Perform operating instructions and movements of the product.

Review balances with warehouse secretaries.

Review the raw materials in which a diffraction occurs with the Planning Department

Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent

Years of Experience

At least three years

Language

English & Amharic.

Computer skills

Microsoft office

Technical Skills

Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or
services ordering and inventory control.

Database management skills.

Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods

Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills.
