Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kampala for a Finance Officer. The Finance Officer will be responsible for financial statements, financial reporting, financial analysis, communication, and other finance-related tasks as directed by the organization’s management.

Qualifications

Strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field

Experience in financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting

Excellent analytical skills to identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities

Excellent communication skills to present financial information to stakeholders

Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
