Job Description

Statutory and Regulatory Compliance

Ensure Statutory Regulatory Compliance with all relevant and applicable laws not limited:

Local Tax Laws (Direct and Indirect)

Foreign Exchange and Capital Control laws and Regulations

Labor and Pension related laws

Local and IFRS GAAP

Compliance to be ensured not only at reporting but also at transaction level


Reporting, Analysis and Audits

Local GAAP and IFRS Reporting (MFR/ Annual/Half yearly Financial Statements)
Periodic Audit coordination with Internal and External Auditors

Adhoc Reporting to Company, BOD, Shareholders, Client

Monthly MFR Analysis and Variance Reporting (Local/IFRS)

Business and Investment Plan Studies

Coordinate the Development of Business Plans and its Submission

Feasibility Study for Future Projects and

Investments (based on NPV, IRR and Payback Period Analysis)

Cost analysis and cost control

Budgets & Forecast

Annual Budget development

and submission
Prepare and maintain rolling 3 months forecasts.


Cash Flow & Treasury Management

On Time AR Billing and Collection follow-up

Ensure optimum liquidity and ensuring efficient returns on idle funds

General Management

Compliance with Department and Organization Policies

Develop teamwork culture in the Finance Department

Optimized ERP and System Utilization

Timely Escalation of concern areas and suggestion for improvements

Custodian of Corporate Policy Manual and

Authority Matrix constituted by the Shareholders

Ensure that Corporate Governance Principles are adhered in true spirit across the organization

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Experience & Competencies

Formal Education

Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent

Years & Field of Experience required:

At least six years relevant experience
