Eligibility for Grants & Scholarships

Can someone with a 2.99 GPA be considered for any scholarship especially when they ask 3.00.

That will depend with the selection committee of the sponsoring group. It is hard for me to tell as we do not fund hence do not know how such processes are carried out. However, one might be considered though it is for the best to search for a programme that fully qualifies you for funding without any speculations!
