Specify Job Description

Planning, design, supervision of construction , contracts , material investigation and research related to building and other structures i.e. footbridges in county

Control and supervision of staff and financial control in public work

Administrative matters, procurement, financial control;

Ensuring sufficiency of design and contract drawing ;

Implementation of design standards and procedures;

In charge of all architectural, engineering and quantity surveying services.

Specify Job Qualification

Served in the grade of principal Superintending Engineer (Structural) or principal Superintending Quantity Surveyor or principal Superintending Architect for at least three (3) years.

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or quantity survey or architecture;

Master degree in relevant field will be an added advantage;

Must be a registered member by relevant professional body;

Knowledge in MS project computer aided design software.

Attended a Strategic Leadership Development Course lasting not less than six
(6) weeks from a recognized institution

Current valid annual practicing license from the Engineers Registration Board of Kenya
