Elewana Collection Training and Standards Manager Jobs in Kenya


Requirements


  • The candidate must have as least 10 years experience at general management level in high end bush camps.
  • An internationally recognized qualification in the training of management and staff in safari hospitality is essential.
  • The candidate should also have experience as an assessor for high end camps / lodges.

    Requirements


  • The candidate must have a proven track record as a training and development chef with a luxury safari company or at least have held the role as executive chef with responsibility for more than one property.
  • An internationally recognized qualification as a chef is essential as is the ability to work in remote areas with limited resources.
  • For the right candidates we are prepared to offer a commensurate package based on experience.
