Job Title: Electrical / Electronics Engineer

Job Location: Msa Road – Nairobi

Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to troubleshoot, repair and replace all components of injection molding machines, Blow molding machinery and equipment.

Have knowledge in handling various Extrusion Ejection Blow Molding Machines, processing machines

Maintaining electrical and electronic Circuit like PLC, improve the power factor stability, troubleshooting the electrical problems related to machines.

Have also knowledge in various hydraulic circuits and hydraulic valves. Assembly of new extrusion blow molding machines

Prepare the monthly operating plans based on the established priorities, availability or capacity of workers, parts, materials, machines, and equipment

Ensure team has absolute clarity on the SOPs, Process Control norms and Safety Monitor and track quality issues, analyze and take appropriate corrective actions

Ensure and give operators proper training on molding and about the hazards that can be occurred and supervise the operators about the work standards, standard operation procedures and quality parameters.

Handle various blow molding machinery

Qualifications:

Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Electronics Engineering

Five years’ plus experience in a manufacturing company as an industrial Electrician/ Electronics Engineer.

Knowledge of plastics or experience in a plastics company will be an added advantage Must have knowledge of injection and blow machines
