Minimum requirements Grade 12
Two years in medical field preferentially with cancer care environment
Excellent English speaking, writing and reading skills
Must be able to deal with students and other staff members with patient and empathy
Must be able to work in a team
Ensure adherence to SOP’s and QA processes and procedures
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to perform the following duties:
Professional management of all internal and external stakeholder communication
Preform patient scheduling function to optimize department operations and ensure optimal use of human resource
Clerical duties such as patient file preparation, updating and filing
Receive any cash payments of accounts and provide appropriate receipt documentation
Successful candidates will be expected to commence service as soon as possible. Support and mentorship and training will be provided.

We are looking for interested administrative professions who would like to further their career and be part of a large influential network of comprehensive cancer centres on
African continent.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 with applicable tertiary level qualifications
3- Years as an administrative clerks, preferably in the medical environment
Excellent English speaking, writing and reading skills
Must be able to deal with students and other staff members with patient and empathy
Must be able to work in a team
Ensure adherence to SOP’s and QA processes and procedures
Must be skilled in excel and have an affinity for accuracy and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be expected to perform the following minimum duties;
Verify/complete patient details
Capturing of fees on billing programme
Capturing of debit and credit and credit journals as well as capturing receipts
Reconciliation of creditors and debtors
Following up on outstanding accounts
Resolve account and authorization queries
General office administration duties including overseeing maintenance and other services coordinate the procurement of stationary and groceries for the practice and manage petty cash float for unplanned purchases.
Successful candidates will be expected to commence service as soon as possible.
