EGM Securities Ltd has an excellent opportunity for a Client Support Manager to add value to clients/customers by providing a high level of support and service.

EGM has recently established and has the only Non-Dealing Online Forex and CFDs Brokerage License in Kenya and East Africa and through its group structure has a market presence and strong reputation in the corporate FX space.

The Client Support Manager is required to provide an exceptional level of service to all clients by identifying solutions to fit customer needs, assisting client queries and issues with accuracy, contacting and following up with clients to make sure their needs are met in a timely fashion.
