FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE

DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS & AGRIBUSINESS MANAGEMENT

GRADE 12 EU/AF/2013– 0746

The candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:-

Must have a Ph.D Degree in Agricultural Economics or Agricultural and Applied Economics in any of the following areas of specialization from a recognized institution:

Agricultural Policy/Management Information Systems

Managerial Economics/Strategic Management

Business Law/Agricultural Law

International Trade/Agricultural Marketing

OR

Must have a Master of Science degree in any of the above areas from a recognized institution.

Must have at least three (3) years teaching/research experiences at University level after obtaining Masters degree.

Must have at least two (2) publications in refereed journals or one (1) book or 2 book chapters in the relevant area.

Those with Masters degree must be registered for Ph.D
