Qualifications and ExperienceA Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Bachelors’ Degree in Business plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from a recognized University or
Institution.
A post graduate qualification in Business Education is an added advantage.
Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports
At least three (3) years working experience at Lecturer level in the field of Business Education in a BTVET institution.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Liaise with Principals of various business education institutions in preparation of budgets for development, capitalization and block grants.
Monitor the provision and timely distribution and use of basic tools and equipment.
Liaise with industry and private sector to identify where students can carry
out their industrial training.
Desk Officer for industrial training.
Liaise with the National Curriculum Development Centre and other relevant education institutions to review the business education curriculum with a view of making it more relevant to labor market.
Any other duties assigned by his/her supervisors.

the Commission Website: www.esc.go.ug.
Applications should bear the title of the post as well as the reference number specified against the vacancy.
Applicants should attach photocopies of Academic Certificates and Transcripts plus three recent passports size photograph Serving Officers should attach appointment and confirmation letters and recent pay slips.
Qualifications from only recognized institutions will be considered.
Serving officers Must route their applications through their Heads of Institutions/Departments, who should be advised of the closing date to avoid
delays.
