Location of role: Ideally located within Reading, UK or Freetown, Sierra Leone (with significant opportunity for remote working). We will accept applications from any country where Education Development Trust has an office.

Salary: Circa £35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

We are recruiting for a number of roles to join our Research and Consultancy team:

We have a number of permanent vacancies at Consultant, Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant level, and are particularly interested in applicants with experience of:

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

Evidence for Policy and Practice

Teacher professional development

School leadership development

Curriculum design, especially English or Mathematics

School improvement and raising school standards at scale, especially in numeracy and literacy

Consultants are highly adaptable members of the Research & Consultancy team.

They are responsible for project management and providing technical support and inputs across a range of projects in our core areas of expertise.

On a day-to-day basis they will work across a portfolio of projects of varying sizes – providing support to workstreams on our medium to large sized projects and, at times, leading on smaller pieces of work.

Our Consultants are strong communicators, and problem solvers with a ‘can-do’ attitude and are able to work flexibly and adaptably across different contexts.
