Education Development Center Human Resources Manager Jobs in Uganda

The Human Resources Manager will lead all aspects of the Human Resources (HR) function, which will include recruitment, onboarding, performance management. training, administering pay, benefits and leave, and enforcing EDC policies and practices.

Selected Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field;

• A minimum of 6 years‘ professional experience in Human Resources and Operations Management;

• Familiarity with Uganda labor laws and regulations;

• Demonstrated experience with the entire employee life cycle.

Applicants for all positions must have excellent written & verbal communication skills ln English, familiarity with internationally-funded projects & experience Working in Uganda.
