Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share

Explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities to potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies

Negotiate sales deals, contracts, and service agreements

Evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service

Report on sales activities and results regularly

Actively involved in sales of Internet solutions such as UTM, IP Telephony, Hosting, Securit,

Disaster Recovery, Cloud and Data Backup, Infrastructure, and other company solutions

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Build and promote strong, longlasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while fully aware of new products and competition status.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of an HND / BSc in Marketing, Psychology, or a relevant field, along with 1-2 years of experience in an IT sales environment.

Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies

Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and

jargon

Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements

In-depth knowledge of consumer behaviour, as well as industry trends and innovation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Ability to travel when required
