Job DescriptionOverseeing the operations of the Restaurant, through close interface with other team members by ensuring the day-to-day activities are carried out smoothly towards meeting Eatrite's goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
Assist in ensuring the efficiency of the operations of the shop
Provide business analysis and intelligence on operations trends in the shop where functioning
Ensure that all documents required to be in the shop are intact and well-kept.
Ensure proper production planning that guarantees round-the-clock availability of products and menu items in the store
Ensure that physical counts of all closing and opening stocks are done on a daily and monthly basis and that the stock-take sheets are signed off.
Ensure that all supplies needed for the business's smooth operation are available at all times throughout the shift
Assure all health and food safety rules are followed.
Maintain precise records of earnings and expenditures.
Place orders for the kitchen staff with the appropriate quantities of ingredients.
Interact with customers to get their feedback and address problems.
Open and close the restaurant.
Improve profitability and overall success by managing costs and service standards.
Customer Service:
Keep Eatrite's reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality meals by making sure that all established cleaning and hygiene requirements are properly followed.
Ensure that consumers receive top-notch service at all times and that the rules regulating customer services are followed.
Train new employees to the customer service culture.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum University Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a QSR Industry
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of bookkeeping.
Ability to professionally address customer complaints.
Proficient in English
Ability to stand on your feet for several hours.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Must Reside in Abuja
