Purpose of the JobResponsible to protect and safeguard all EATH, employees, guests properties and their belongings and ensuring that all are adequately secured at all times.
Responsible for preparing daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and properly recorded.
Duties and Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel.
Ensure that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor staff activity and coach subordinate performance.
Monitor and follows proper key control guidelines in loss prevention and in the property.
Develop and advise key personnel of emergency procedures
Supervision of all Security Personnel and giving clear direction on all security related aspects
Be available 24 hours a day for genuine emergencies
Ensure the safety and security of guest, staff, visitors’ properties at all times.
Assign duties and schedule staffs of security.
Oversee safeguarding of EATH
Fixed and Movable property.
Develop procedures to ensure physical safety of employees and visitors
Manage the development and implementation of security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures.
Ensure security is maintained and updated.
Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
Prioritize security initiatives.
Maintain relationships with local, state and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
Investigate security breaches.
Implement disciplinary procedures.
Conduct frequent audits to find EATH in security platform.
Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
Investigate and resolve issues
Recruiting, training and supervising security officers and guards
Liaise between security agency and the company
Evaluate security Agency performance
Other assignments from supervisors
Job Requirements
High school diploma or above; Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
Police or Military training with having in Criminal Protection or related Training
knowledge of security protocols and procedures
communication and interpersonal skills
Committed and reliable
