Job Description

Develops and proposes pricing system and review its effectiveness continually;

Leads the development and implementation of processes, tools, metrics, initiatives, infrastructure and technology that will support and improve the operations of the Branding function;

Designs various tools to communicate the brand promise and stories to the public and relevant stakeholders;

Develops the branding procedures and strategy of the products offered by the company;

Analyses and designs branding plans, product positioning, and campaign strategies for brand and communication insights;

Develops an integrated brand and pricing programs and track their effectiveness;

Maintains all price guides in the company;

Collects, analyses and disseminates competitor pricing data perform SWOTS analysis and maintain updated database;

Develops tools, analysis methodology, policies, guidelines and the model to define pricing;

Analyses the competition

and market forces affecting pricing decisions to determine the acceptable margin to win in the market.

Monitors the unit price execution by analyzing the price offers in bid, purchase and quotation process and identifying margin difference from the proposed market price.

Builds pricing models, proposals, and other relevant financial justification for senior leadership review.

Contributes to the pricing integrity and strategic rationale of proposals across the product portfolio.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields with 6 years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a senior position in FMCG manufacturing industries.
