Job DescriptionEast Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia.
We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Trade Marketing Manager.
The job holder will be responsible for developing and executing business and marketing strategies and integrated programs that drive profitable growth and increase the long term value of our brands.
The role will manage a team and focus on building Marketing Excellence.
The position reports to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing and business strategies and integrated programs that maximize profitable recurring volume growth and increase the long-term value of our brands.
Spearhead the development and deployment of marketing communication.
Integrate all marketing efforts (advertising, promotions, and experiential, marketing assets) within a consistent overall brand or marketing plan.
Challenge the marketing production cost to optimize the overall marketing budget.
Lead, motivate and develop capabilities of marketing team and provide strategic marketing leadership.
Job Requirements
First Degree in Business related fields with a minimum of 5 years Trade Marketing experience.
Experience in managerial role.
Experience in FMCG Industry.
Excellent analytical skills with sound understanding of business concepts; (E.g. Margins / discounts / Pack mix Trends / Volume Variance Analysis)
Experience must cover budget management, marketing planning and portfolio marketing mix management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
