An exciting vacant position has arisen at East Africa Bottling Share Company - Ethiopia for the role of SHE Coordinator for Dire Dawa plant.

Job Requirements

The position is structured to report to the SHEQ Manager at Dire Dawa plant and will be responsible to ensure the plant meets the product and packaging quality requirements as set by CCBA and The Coca-Cola Company as well as adhere to the required applicable EOSH requirements.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities

Construct a SHE system implementation plan – liaise with SHEQ Manager and Business Systems Coordinator .

Enforce compliance with local legal and KORE requirements .

Coordinate and ensure a review of plant risk assessment .

Ensure the logging of corrective actions applicable to the SHE system .

Ensure incident investigations are done for all incidents .

Liaise with Clinic regarding H&S statistics

Updated EOSH statistics / incident .

Schedule & organize legal surveys and audits and implementation of action plans .

Ensure effective SHE communication in the plant, to an external warehouse, and distribution centers .

Ensure SHE training is conducted for all levels in all functions .

Assist all functions with the writing of procedures and updating of documents .

SHE induction of new employees, visitors and contractors conducted
