Job Description

  • East Africa Bottling S.C, a subsidiary of Coca-Cola beverages Africa, is the sole bottler for Coca-Cola products in Ethiopia.

  • We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Administrative Assistant.

  • The job holder will provide administrative support to Legal Counsel and Public Affairs and Communications team.

  • The position reports to the Legal Counsel and Public Affairs and Communications Director.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

  • Generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

    Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Management or Administrative Service Management or Secretarial Science and Office Management or related filed of studies with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Administration with 3 years relevant experience.
