EADB Graduate Scholarship in Development Studies

I am interested in pursuing a Ph.D but do not have funding.

At the same time I don't want to leave my children behind because of the duration of the degree.

Could you specifically highlight for me the type of scholarships that allows me to travel for my studies and caters for family as well especially children?
