EADB Graduate Scholarship in Development Studies

I am a Kenyan.

My name is Daniel G. Ndung'u.

I am writing to ask how I can get a scholarship to study for an MA in Development Studies.

I have an admission to the Institute of Social Studies in The Hague for a Masters in Development Studies for 2008/2009 Academic year.

However, I will not be joining this September for lack of finances.

The admission is however valid for two consecutive years and therefore I could still be admitted in the Academic year 2009/2010 if I get funding.

What funding Organization, other than the Netherlands Fellowship Programme can offer me a scholarship to the tune of 28,000 Euros to cover the 1.5 years programme?

Can I apply for a scholarship for the year 2009/2010 for the MA in the Institute of Social Studies in those organizations?
