Job Description

We are looking to hire a bartender and mixologist who can deliver exceptional services in the bar area.

The ideal fit is one who is customer-centric, able to anticipate the needs of customers, and provides all services in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

Ensure the operations of the bar runs smoothly and efficiently.

Oversee food and beverage preparations as well as prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for patrons

Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks when necessary.

Assess customers' needs and preferences in order to make recommendations

Plan and present bar menu; mix ingredients to prepare drinks on the menu.

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies

Perform cash-up procedures after every shift

Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Maintain food safety and health safety to meet legal and company requirements

Staying up-to-date with trends in the industry and suggest ways to improve service delivery.

Requirements

Applicants should possess relevant qualifications with a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

Must live within Ikoyi environs

Endurance to walk and stand for long hours
Flexible work hours

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent communication skills.
