Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Interacts with customers and makes them feel welcome;

  • Demonstrates the proper use of various beauty, hair, and skin care products;

  • Sells beauty, hair, and skin care products (including cosmetics, serums, and lotions) where
    appropriate;

  • Identifies client needs and goals, and assists them in finding and selecting appropriate

  • products;

  • Advises clients on proper skin and hair care;

  • Manages stock and presentation of products;

  • Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.

    Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience working in a cosmetic shop;

  • Working knowledge of all aspects of cosmetology and best practices;

  • Up-to-date with fashion and beauty trends;

  • Excellent communication and people skills;

  • Certificate or Diploma in cosmetology is an added advantage;

  • Computer knowledge is a must.
