What You’ll Be Doing…

Provides installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, networks and peripherals
Helpdesk Telephone Support

Provides onsite and remote support to end users

Provides timely support services to clients, ensuring service levels are maintained and all requests are properly tracked and responded to.

LAN troubleshooting and support

Job Requirements

This Job Is for You if You Have…

Proven skills in PC troubleshooting and application deployment

Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.

Experience using Microsoft Windows, Office applications and web applications

Flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN

year of work experience

Hands-on IT support experience or Financial application support experience is a plus
