Job Description

Installation and configuration of IT equipment

Providing First line IT related support for all PC users

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and upgrades of IT assets

Planning and undertaking data back ups

Serve as a focal person for communication with hardware and software vendors


Job Requirements

B. Sc. or in IT, Computer Science or related fields with a one to three years of relevant experience

Hands on experience in computer hardware maintenance, network installations, configuration, and troubleshooting

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, support and implement technical solutions at all levels


Strong interpersonal skills
