DSL Pharma Production Pharmacist Jobs in Nigeria

Job Description

Oversee the production process in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other relevant regulations

Implement operational manual, production plans and program

Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with established protocols, procedures, and batch records

Check the availability of adequate raw material and packaging material

Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure that all raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products meet the required specifications

Conduct regular quality audits of production processes, equipment, and facilities

Develop and implement new processes, procedures, and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes

Train production staff on new processes, procedures, and equipment

Collaborate with the quality assurance team to investigate and resolve any production-related issues, including deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints

Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, batch records, and other relevant documentation

Collaborate with the regulatory affairs team to ensure that all production processes and products comply with relevant regulations and guidelines

Continuously monitor industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a B.Pharm qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Must be able to research drug action, interaction and combination

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced and coordinate a team

Product development skills.
