Key Responsibilities:*Identify and pursue new business opportunities in advertising, branding, digital marketing, and media services.
*Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
*Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to potential clients.
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
*Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
*Collaborate with internal teams (creative, accounts, digital) to develop innovative solutions for clients.
*Conduct industry research to identify trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
*Leverage market insights to refine business strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts.
*Work closely with leadership to develop new service offerings and refine agency positioning.
*Contribute to marketing and brand-building initiatives to enhance visibility and lead generation.
*Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress
*Prepare reports on business development efforts, revenue forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:*Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field with 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
