Dove Nest Lodge Naivasha Hotel Sales & Admin Jobs in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.

Support strategies and conduct activities to drive market share, guest satisfaction and financial results.

Responsible for Corporate and Travel Agent Room Sales for the hotel.

Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.

Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to hotels by corporate clients.

Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings

Closely following up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time line to clients

Clear understanding of the hotels business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date stamping and distributing incoming mail

Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems for records, reports, documents, etc.

Compile and file records of hotel activities, hotel transactions, and other activities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in sales/marketing or related field

A minimum two (2) years of experience in a similar role equivalent in the hospitality field.

Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.

Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

A team player with high level of dedication.

Ability to work under strict deadlines.
