Job Description Summary

Provides technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support personnel who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex electro or mechanical equipment, computer systems, complex software, or networked and/or wireless systems.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs to design engineering or software engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.

Provides support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.

We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who is able to adapt quickly when new projects are launched, or changes occur within existing projects.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Mobile Device or Application Management

Experience managing and maintaining a VMWare WorkspaceONE environment

Experience managing and maintaining a Microsoft Intune environment (device enrolments, autopilot and policies)

Experience generating enrollment profiles, configuration profiles, and payload

Good knowledge of the following operating systems: macOS 10.12-15; iOS 10-13, Android 4-10 , Microsoft Windows 10,11

Multi-year experience managing devices with a MDM platform, such as VMware WorkspaceONE, Intune, Backend and device management

Strong knowledge of networking topics including VPN, Wi-Fi, HTTPS, Apple Push Notification Service

Azure Cloud Knowledge (IaaS, SaaS)

Windows Operating Systems (Server and Workstation
SCCM, MS Intune

Skills

Has demonstrated experience with generating documentation, knowledge base articles, and leading training sessions for support staff for engineered solutions.

Experience with Apple’s Device Enrollment Program, Apple Business Manager, Android for Work, and Samsung

KNOX.

Packaging of macOS software and reliability testing of deployments.

Profile creation and custom application assignment

Checking application versions and recommending updates, upgrades or changes.

Good understanding of VMware WorkspaceONE Backend server build and requirements

Keeping updated with new applications available

Basic understanding of Android Enterprise including ZTE

Basic understanding of Samsung KME and the Knox Platform

Detailed understanding of WorkSpace One add-ons including Browser and Launcher

Detailed understanding of Zebra MX

Detailed understanding of Zebra StageNow

Detailed understanding of Product Deployment and custom profiles within WorkSpace One

Detailed understanding of Android OS upgrades via WorkSpace One

Detailed understanding of Honeywell devices and applications

5 years working experience and proficiency with mobile devices in a large enterprise

3 years working experience and proficiency with managing the WorkspaceOne (Airwatch) Mobile Device Management platform in a large enterprise (25,000+ devices)
