As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll support the Head of HR and lead our HR team. You'll be responsible for supporting all areas of HR including People Ops (Administrative), Employee Benefits and Services, Benefit Administration.

You will have an in-depth knowledge of employment law and benefits administration as well as payroll accounting. As a result, you should also be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the company to ensure that we're providing excellent service to our employees across all departments.

Requirements

Work with HR to coordinate with the Employee Benefits team in all phases of the planning, budgeting, and administration of benefits.

Assist HR in preparing and submitting all documentation necessary to process payroll in compliance with IRS requirements.

Works with the HR department to develop, maintain, and implement employees' compensation, benefits and benefits eligibility, leave management, and other HR programs.

Manages payroll employee benefits and programs.

Gives direction to individual Human Resources employees on their performance reviews and annual review processes.

Coordinates with Human Resources, Global Benefits and Compliance and Payroll Administration to ensure benefits and compliance are met.

Conducts constructive feedback to improve results

and performance of team members.

Supports staff initiatives such as recruitment, onboarding, and retention.

Maintains talent analytics and promotes continuous employee development.

Skill development by studying and interpreting data that supports human resources issues and strategic planning.

Maintaining current working knowledge of the South African employment laws, training and safety requirements.

Analyzes information and communicates findings accurately.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Social Work or a related field required.

7+ years of experience in the Human Resources field with a strong background in employee relations, recruitment and benefits.

Three years of experience in a supervisory position preferred.

Experience in processing and managing payroll required. Experience in policy development necessary.

Experience with human resources recruitment, onboarding, training and compensation management is preferred.

Experience with client engagement and management of human resources processes a plus.
