Digital Communication Intern Jobs in Kenya

Key Roles

Content Creation:

Designing relevant text, image (E-shots) and video content for company’s social media assets, website, infographics, blog and newsletter.

Collaborate with key internal role players to conceptualize creative initiatives in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.

Guide on the design of social media posts that will sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products / services.

Community Engagement:

Responding to customer feedback and queries on the digital platforms.

Champion having deeper understanding of customer needs & desires through audience and market intelligence.

In addition, advise on discovery and deployment of current trends of company’s target audience.

Monitoring:

Social media analytics, web traffic & SEO monitoring. Consistent surveil of customer engagement metrics.

Report on online feedback from customers and prospects, company reviews and any other relevant information.

Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, i.e.: promotions and competitions.
