DevologyX are scaling up our sourcing hub in Kampala and looking for some new DevX'rs who are looking to turbocharge their own career while we continue to scale DevologyX globally.

Sourcing Candidates

Identifying Candidates

Approching Candidates

Candidate Outreach

Arranging Calls with Potential Candidates

Keeping our ATS/CRM updated and ensuring clean data at all times
