Job Responsibilities

Provide expert legal advice and counsel on a wide range of oil and gas matters, including contracts, regulatory compliance, environmental issues, and litigation.

Draft and review legal documents, such as contracts, leases, permits, and agreements.

Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision-making and mitigate legal risks.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and case law.

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in the oil and gas industry.

Strong knowledge of oil and gas laws, regulations, and industry practices.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
